About
Called by the defense on Day 11, Raghu Sud testified as a vice president at Shoppers Travel about the agency's invoice processing and QuickBooks practices. He said invoices were entered into QuickBooks on the same day or the next day and that reports could be run for customer profiles.
Sud identified Defense Exhibit RS-1 as a report he generated for the Epstein file. His testimony described the report as reflecting invoice information from roughly January 1999 through December 2006. The court admitted RS-1 temporarily under seal after the parties identified third-party information and agreed that narrowed redactions could be proposed.
On cross-examination, Sud said the available Shoppers Travel records for Epstein's office began in 1999 and ran through 2006. He said he had no records showing whether the agency booked travel for the office before 1999. No redirect examination occurred.
